JOB SUMMARY Under the general direction of the Director of Sales, the Business Development Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and generating new leads for their location and satellite laboratories. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for prospecting, capturing new clients and sales to drive an increase in revenue. The Business Development Specialist must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as strong organizational and follow-up skills.
