Position Summary The Director of External Reporting will oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to lenders, sponsors, and external auditors. The role will require in-depth knowledge of private equity reporting requirements, financial statement preparation, and the audit process. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Company's external reporting activities while maintaining a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency. This role will provide a strategic opportunity to contribute to the Company's financial operations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for lender covenants and private equity sponsors, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met., • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including accounting, finance, HR, IT, operations, and legal teams, to gather and analyze necessary data required for reporting purposes, ensuring completeness and accuracy., • Oversee preparation of the year-end audited financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, reviewing and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial disclosures., • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, private equity reporting requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Stay up to date on changes in new accounting pronouncements and relevant GAAP issues and evaluate how they may impact the Company, ensuring relevant information and accounting changes are communicated to other departments as appropriate., • Develop and enhance the reporting processes, systems, and controls to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulations and requirements., • Research and document complex accounting transactions and technical matters including those related to goodwill impairment, going concern, derivatives, financing, and share-based compensation, among others., • Lead special accounting projects as assigned., • Lead coordination of the external audit, managing the audit process and ensuring timely completion., • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university., • CPA or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred., • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in external financial reporting, audit, or related roles, preferably within a private equity-backed or publicly traded company, strongly preferred, • Proven experience preparing and managing lender and sponsor reporting, including debt covenant compliance and investor reporting., • Experience with year-end financial audits and the preparation of audited financial statements., • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting standards, and accounting regulations and ability to understand and interpret complex accounting guidance and contracts., • Strong understanding of financial reporting systems and processes, including experience with Workday preferred., • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs., • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and interact with external stakeholders., • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a team player.

Job Description Parts and Service Counter Associate Summary Description: Performs a variety of customer service, in store marketing, promoting, advertising and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership with a particular focus on parts and service departments. Ongoing responsibility for assisting with the counter parts sales, service department scheduling and customer service responsibilities. Particular focus on the sale of new and used trailer accessories, parts and towing necessities. Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Trailer Parts Dept: · Sell products and/or services to meet the customer’s needs. · Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers he/she comes in contact with. · Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly. · Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur. · Assist customers with special order parts. · Assist with General Manager in merchandising displays. · Maintain the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealership’s standards and improve customer satisfaction. · Control showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction. · Perform routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, bathroom and store room cleaning. · When working the parts counter, follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership. Process warranties and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale. · Attend training and meetings as prescribed by Management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description. · Use dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently. · Perform other tasks as required by Management. · Maintain a professional appearance per dealership guidelines. · Verify receiving documents. · Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Management. · Should be knowledgeable in merchandising. 2. Trailer Service Dept: · Process customer service requests, maintain service schedule · Communicate effectively with techs and Service Manager to maintain a smooth flow of repairs through the shop on a daily basis. · Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealership’s satisfaction. · Greet customers immediately in a courteous manner. · Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices. 3. Qualifications and Job Requirements: · Ability to speak effectively one on one. · Ability to effectively listen. · Ability to interpret customer needs. · Ability to absorb and immediately apply information learned. · Basic computer skills. · High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. · Good organizational skills. · Forklift experience a plus. · Ability to speak Spanish a plus. 4.
