About This Role As the primary instructor at our Spinks location, you will be responsible for delivering excellent flight instruction while also helping develop the local client base. You will operate out of the Spinks location with a dedicated aircraft and office. At first, you may be the only Stature team member based there day-to-day, with support from our headquarters in Addison. As demand grows, this location has the potential to expand with additional students, aircraft, and instructors. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, staying accountable, and creating activity even when the schedule is not full yet. You will work closely with our Addison-based sales and leadership team, but you will also play an important role in helping consult with prospects, conduct discovery flights, follow up with local leads, and reconnect with old prospects or previous clients who may be a fit for training at Spinks. This is a high-ownership opportunity for the right person. Key Responsibilities Flight Instruction & Client Experience • Deliver exceptional Part 61 flight instruction in Cirrus aircraft, • Train clients pursuing Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, transition training, recurrent training, and proficiency training as applicable, • Provide a safe, structured, professional, and enjoyable training experience, • Guide clients through the training process with clear communication, preparation, and accountability, • Maintain accurate training records, scheduling notes, and client progress updates, • Prepare students for milestones, stage checks, checkrides, and long-term aviation success, • Represent Stature’s premium service standards in every interaction Location Growth & Client Development • Help build student demand at the Spinks location, • Conduct discovery flights and introductory training consultations, • Follow-up with local prospects, old leads, and previous clients, • Work with the Addison sales team to help convert qualified prospects into active students, • Build relationships in the local aviation and business community, • Identify opportunities to grow awareness of Stature at Spinks and surrounding areas, • Communicate local feedback, client needs, and growth opportunities to leadership, • Stay proactive when the schedule has open time instead of waiting for leads to appear Operations & Professional Standards • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment, • Support the care and presentation of the aircraft and facility, • Coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, operations, and leadership as needed, • Communicate clearly and consistently with HQ, • Operate independently while staying aligned with Stature’s systems, values, and standards, • Help establish the foundation for future growth at the Spinks location Who You Are • You are not looking for a place to hide in the pattern and build hours., • You are a professional instructor who wants to build something, grow something, and be part of a company with momentum., • You are personable, polished, and confident with clients.
