Job Description Program Manager (Level II) for Individuals with Disability This position is for someone looking to make a positive impact with their leadership and management skills. You will be managing caregivers that serve high needs, intellectually/physically disabled individuals. You will work in tight-knit, high performing task force to bring your unique leadership skills to the goal of investing in the health and happiness of 5 disabled individuals, and the 40 caregivers that serve them. You will have opportunities to work both in teams and individually, and will be given the tools to succeed. This position is for you if: • You wanted to be treated as peer and respected as a full member a high performing leadership team, • You want to have a positive relationship with a boss who will invest in your success and help you grow in your skills and abilities, • You are highly motivated to serve others and make a difference, • You are a Problem-Solver, • You treat people with kindness, • You have office/administrative skills, but are willing to "get your hands dirty", • You can work a regular schedule of either 4 or 5 days which will include Saturday and Sunday, • You can keep calm in stressful situations Job Duties: • Must be able to be on call on workdays after office hours, • Oversee caregiving operations for 5 individuals with intellectual disabilities, • Be comfortable serving as a Caregiver as needed, • Perform House visits, checking in with clients and caregivers to ensure that everyone has what they need, • Review caregiving Documentation, • Coordinate the schedule and find emergency shift coverage as needed, • Communicate with Doctors, Pharmacists, and Health Specialists to address care concerns, • Build positive relationships with the caregivers under your leadership, • Light office work as time permits, including working with the Microsoft Suite, • Be able to in 2 different locations, • Be able to handle medical and behavioral emergencies, • Be able to work alone and in teams, • Character, Integrity, and Humility, • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Social Work, etc.), • Consistent work history
