Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of tasks with accuracy and professionalism. PART-TIME SHIFT: Monday-Friday (5:30A-9:30A); The role can become FULL-TIME if you have, or, are willing to obtain a 7-D license to drive special needs students. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry., • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner., • Document Management: Prepare, maintain, and update records, reports, and correspondence., • Office Operations: ensure equipment is functioning, and support daily office logistics., • Team Support: Provide assistance to managers and staff as needed, ensuring deadlines are met. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)., • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information., • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and a criminal background CORI screen.Company DescriptionWith over 50 years experience, we are the leaders in providing safe and reliable transportation for children with special needs.
