As the primary point of contact for our customers, youll play a pivotal role in shaping their experience and driving our growth. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication., • Understand and communicate technical solutions related to electrical and mechanical systems., • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align client needs with technical capabilities., • Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and presentations., • Take initiative to identify service gaps, process improvements, and opportunities to enhance client experience., • Resolve client issues with urgency and creativity, coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions., • Monitor account performance, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics to inform strategic recommendations, • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and account updates using CRM and other systems., • Prepare and present account reviews, performance reports, and renewal proposals., • Stay current on LD Power Automations offerings, systems, and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients., • Support cross-functional initiatives that improve client retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field., • 4+ years of proven experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles., • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic tone., • Comfortable using CRM platforms, project management tools, and other business systems., • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently., • Experience working with technical products, systems, or services., • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
