Job Description Front Desk Receptionist & Part-Time Phone Representative Colorado Tinnitus and Hearing Center – Denver, CO Part-Time / In-Office Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly communicative individual to join our team in a dual role as a Front Desk Receptionist & Part-Time Phone Representative. This hybrid position is essential to the smooth operation of our clinic and requires someone who thrives on meaningful interaction—both in person and over the phone—while maintaining exceptional organization and professionalism. Please copy and paste the link below into your browser to submit a brief video application: Responsibilities Front Desk & Administrative Duties • Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming, supportive environment., • Manage a multi-line phone system; screen and direct calls professionally., • Schedule and coordinate appointments using Google Workspace/Microsoft Office., • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records., • Process patient payments., • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and restock supplies as needed., • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and general correspondence. Phone Representative Duties • Maintain daily operation of our automation system for contacting leads., • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professional phone etiquette., • Use a clear and strong speaking voice to communicate with patients., • Make outbound calls daily and document all results accurately., • Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email., • Follow provided scripts and role-play scenarios as needed., • Track call data and maintain accurate records in real time., • Provide patient assistance, answer questions, and deliver excellent service., • Uphold and enforce office policies with a caring, patient-focused approach., • Report daily phone outcomes to leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications • Excellent English communication skills—clear speech is essential for patients with hearing loss., • Prior administrative, front desk, or customer service experience (medical/dental preferred)., • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace)., • Ability to multitask, organize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Comfortable working independently and handling high call volumes., • Experience with multi-line phones., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information., • GED or higher; reliable transportation required., • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
