HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT • Develop, maintain, and communicate daily production schedules to meet customer requirements., • Coordinate with Customer Service to prioritize and expedite key customer orders., • Manage raw material inventory levels from procurement through consumption, • Oversee material flow and usage to minimize waste and optimize efficiency, • Monitor and control Work-in-Process (WIP) and Finished Goods inventory, • Apply Lean principles, including Kanban, within the value stream to streamline operations, • Drive initiatives to reduce manufacturing lead times and improve overall throughput, • Utilize key metrics and Lean tools to engage employees in continuous improvement effortsQualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE • Bachelor’s degree OR 2 years of manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree., • Ability to analyze production schedules for optimal production throughput for the manufacturing lines in the plant, • Ability to review data and use Excel, • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and make quick decisions., • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications., • Knowledge of Lean standard work concepts and their application to manufacturing activities., • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field., • Experience with production scheduling., • Experience in Customer Service., • Working knowledge of SAP for product management.
