This role ensures that documentation, scheduling, and project management deliverables are completed accurately and on time, contributing directly to the success of DWS operations. DUTIES:The duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Collaborate regularly with assigned Field Operations Managers to review current issues and upcoming project needs., • Maintain a comprehensive task list for all assigned and requested items., • Ensure compliance with ROCIP/OCIP (Rolling/Owner Controlled Insurance Program) requirements., • Coordinate and enforce job site safety protocols in alignment with regulatory standards., • Support field personnel with efficient material logistics and delivery coordination., • Conduct thorough contract reviews to ensure adherence to project specifications and compliance requirements., • Create and manage project files, information sheets, and startup worksheets., • Assist with project correspondence and maintain photo logs of job progress., • Track and document change orders and project close-out processes., • Maintain accurate customer and jobsite safety records., • Review material, equipment, and labor cost invoices., • Support estimators with cost estimates and pre-construction activities., • Coordinate with the Director of Operations on payment and performance bonds., • Prepare monthly pay applications., • Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:The following are required skills and qualifications: • Construction industry experience is preferred., • 25 years of experience in construction project administration., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proactive problem-solving and organizational abilities., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed documentation., • Consistent attendance and punctuality., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP/job costing software., • Reliable transportation required., • May be requested to work hours and days outside of normal work week for special projects., • Travel may be requested to other offices and job site locations in Texas. (Less than 5%) REQUIREMENTS: The following are physical requirements: • Must be able to lift and carry equipment and materials., • Must be able to do prolonged periods of standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, • Occasional exposure to outside weather on job sites., • Ability to walk job sites for prolonged periods of time., • Must be able to occasionally lift at least 35 lbs. solo and 50 lbs. in tandem lifts.
