Job Description Data & Application Development - Project Manager Location: Hybird – Advanced Management, USA Job Summary Advanced Management USA is seeking an experienced Data & Application Development Project Manager who brings direct, hands-on expertise in both data analysis and application development. This is not a coordination-only role—candidates must be able to analyze datasets, build technical solutions, and actively contribute to development workflows. This newly created, cross-functional role will lead and execute projects that support value-based care initiatives, regulatory compliance, AI-driven innovation, and system optimization across the organization. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects including AI tools, clinical analytics dashboards, CMS reporting solutions, automation workflows, and application integrations. This position follows a hybrid work model and requires being on-site at the Advanced Management USA office 1–2 days per week for collaboration, project alignment, and cross-functional work. Key Responsibilities Project Management • Manage 10–15 concurrent projects across data, AI application development, and analytics platforms., • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards using Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, and Asana., • Lead cross-functional project teams without direct supervisory responsibilities., • Stakeholder Coordination, • Coordinate with Data, Dev, ACO Ops, Compliance, Quality, Provider Relations, and Network Management., • Product & Data Oversight, • Oversee AI-powered tools, compliance dashboards, CareTracker workflows, CMS-aligned reporting tools, and HIE active feeds (HL7 ADT and CCDs), • Execution and Governance, • Define project intake workflows, scope management, and QA milestones., • Review contracts, lead conversations regarding changes and updates with stakeholders, coordinate and lead conversations with vendors and partners., • Deep understanding of data modeling, analytics workflows, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)., • Strong SQL and data manipulation skills, with experience working on healthcare claims, EHR, or CMS data., • Direct experience in managing or building applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or backend APIs)., • Solid understanding of Azure and GCP workspace, tools, and products., • Experience integrating AI or automation features in enterprise applications (e.g., copilots, RAG pipelines, Semantic Kernel)., • Experience in HIE/HIN coordination in terms of outreach including research, initiation, follow-up and status tracking Preferred Skills • Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, OpenAI tools, Azure cloud services, and EHR integrations., • Knowledge of interoperability standards and healthcare data compliance frameworks. Soft Skills • Strong communicator and proactive collaborator across technical and non-technical teams., • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills., • Able to manage ambiguity, multitask, and deliver under pressure. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, computer science, information systems, or related field., • 4+ years managing technical or healthcare-related projects., • Familiar with CMS regulations, HIPAA, MSSP, ACO REACH, and payer-specific guidelines., • Working knowledge of AI pipelines, APIs, data lakes, HL7, and FHIR., • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL environments., • Knowledge of ADT message specifications and managing inbound/outbound data feed preferences (SFTP/SCP/local secure transfer), • Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the corporate office and work in a hybrid capacity, with on-site attendance required at least 1-2 days per week.
