This person will be responsible for driving definition, execution, and deployment of our industry leading FOS system. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or computer science degree, leadership skills, Agile (or equivalent) software management experience, factory automation exposure, and the drive and persistence to see critical work from concept to completion. This role ensures optimal plant capacity utilization and alignment with production targets. Position Summary The Provider Performance Lead is responsible for managing the performance of service providers across a variety of trades based on key performance inputs from various segments of the Field Operations business. As an aggregator of operational performance data, the Provider Performance Lead drives improved performance through proactive provider relationship management that focuses on delivering quality services to HOS standards. Additionally, this role supports organic network growth through the conversion of out-of-network providers to preferred in-network providers. This strategic and hands-on role will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, compliance, and tax. While our headquarters is in Naperville, this role is field based in Northern IL and requires regular travel to customer home locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Cleaning the customer's equipment to maintain the efficiency of the equipment and ensure total home comfort., • Checking the equipment for any defects which need to be repaired or replaced for customer comfort and safety., • Legibly and accurately complete company paperwork., • The technician may shut off and/or refuse to turn on a customer's equipment if they identify a safety issue such as a cracked heat exchanger., • Technician must provide their own hand tools including, but not limited to wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, inspection cameras, etc., • Understands and comply with all safety policies., • Clean the customer’s equipment to maintain the efficiency of the equipment and ensure total home comfort., • Thoroughly understands and complies with the inventory policies and procedures of NHS. The person in this role has the unique opportunity to help build and shape a core accounting system used by both the company and its customers. Our Staff Accountant will play a key role in building, implementing, and maintaining QT9’s next-generation integrated accounting system within our proprietary ES software platform. You will help migrate the company off QuickBooks Online and into a fully integrated accounting environment, ensuring the system is accurate, scalable, and fully compliant with GAAP. This role will immediately own the day-to-day accounting operations for QT9 Software while concurrently helping design, implement, and refine the new integrated accounting system to ensure accuracy, scalability, and GAAP compliance. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, but who also enjoys collaborating with engineering, product, and leadership teams. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance. Duties Accounting System Design and Implementation • Assist in the design, setup, and quality control of integrated accounting functionality within QT9’s ES software, • Partner with internal teams to migrate financial data and processes from QuickBooks Online into ES, • Help define workflows, controls, and accounting logic to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance, • Participate in testing, validation, and ongoing refinement of the integrated accounting system, • Document processes and provide feedback to improve usability and reliability Core Accounting Operations • Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses, • Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations, • Maintain accurate general ledger activity and supporting schedules, • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies, • Support financial reporting and ad hoc analysis as neededRequirements:, • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, • 5+ years of related experience., • Experience in a SaaS or software-based company preferred, • Prior experience migrating accounting systems or implementing new accounting platforms strongly preferred, • Experience reviewing, auditing, or supporting newly implemented accounting software a plus, • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices, • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams #ZR
