You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: • Leading moderate to highly complex technical assignments supporting cost savings, quality improvements, operational support, and new product development, • Serving as the technical lead for cross-functional project teams, including manufacturing start-ups and ongoing technical service, • Developing technical approaches and solutions aligned to product and business requirements, • Designing, executing, and analyzing packaging test plans, trials, and validation activities, • Managing end-to-end delivery of packaging projects including specifications, testing requirements, control points, execution, and post-launch support, • Identifying and resolving technical conflicts, risks, and resource needs to ensure project success, • Developing external networks through supplier engagement and participation in technical organizations (e.g., IoPP, SPC), • Identifying opportunities that drive value through innovation, productivity, sustainability, and performance improvement, • Ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Important Details:, • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $82,600 to $123,800 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay., • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
