Job Description About the role The Sales Leader, Azure is responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic alignment for Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace (M365) solutions for existing Enavate clients and prospects with a Microsoft Dynamics core. This role requires a strategic, commercially strong seller-leader with deep SMB experience who can both personally drive Azure sales and establish the foundation for a scalable Azure sales motion. This role will initially function as a hands-on sales leader, owning Azure and Modern Workplace go-to-market strategy, lead generation, and pipeline development, while working closely with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and Product teams. As the Azure business grows, this role is expected to build and lead a dedicated Azure-focused sales team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a build-and-scale environment—able to challenge the status quo, clearly articulate Azure value to SMB customers, and align with Enavate's culture and values. Reports to: Azure Engineering Leader Travel: Up to 40% (flexible travel across the U.S.) Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) in Tampa, FL or Fargo, ND, or Remote within the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Azure services and solutions., • Identify new market opportunities and drive go-to-market initiatives, including bundled offers and upsell/cross-sell strategies for existing clients., • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and profitability goals for the Azure business unit., • Build, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals with expertise in Azure and Modern Workplace., • Lead ongoing training and upskilling for the sales team to address skills gaps and improve performance., • Focus on SMB customers as the primary market segment, while strategically managing enterprise relationships where appropriate., • Collaborate with Microsoft and other strategic partners to maximize joint opportunities., • Drive co-selling initiatives and joint marketing campaigns., • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership Experience • 8+ years in technology sales leadership, with at least 5 years focused on cloud solutions (Azure preferred)., • Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace services, pricing models, and competitive positioning., • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills., • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Important: All North American new hires are onboarded in person at our Tampa office.
