Job Description Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Lead Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team. This position is a full-time role on the 1st shift, working Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. The schedule can be adjusted to suit the candidate, with options for 6 am-2:30 pm or 8 am-4:30 pm. The Maintenance Lead will work closely with Engineering and Operations to manage and execute mechanical and electrical projects within the facility. Responsibilities • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to complete all mechanical and electrical projects., • Supervise and guide maintenance mechanics in executing daily tasks and projects., • Perform changeovers and adjustments on manufacturing machines as per production schedule., • Read blueprints and fabricate, assemble, and install components according to drawings., • Troubleshoot and repair both major and minor issues on manufacturing equipment., • Detect faulty operations and defective materials, reporting any unusual situations to supervision., • Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring and PLC issues., • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment., • Maintain an organized and clean maintenance department., • Order and maintain parts inventory., • Perform air compressor maintenance, including greasing bearings and planning maintenance projects., • Oversee production maintenance crew's efficiency., • Conduct parts inventory management, electrical maintenance, and some mechanical maintenance., • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems., • Experience in preventive maintenance and repair., • Supervisory skills with experience in managing a team., • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics., • Experience with motors and industrial maintenance., • Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to safety protocols., • Proficiency in electrical maintenance and PLC troubleshooting., • Ability to read schematics and perform industrial maintenance., • Bilingual in Spanish and English., • Strong electrical skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing., • Experience in air compressor maintenance., • Experience with 480 Volt systems., • PLC experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, or programming., • Basic computer skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
