Job DescriptionOur company is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced title processor to join our team. You will assist buyers and the title team in making sure the title application is prepared and submitted correctly, and work with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies to produce a clear title. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in title insurance, mortgage lending, or real estate transactions, with a keen eye for detail and outstanding research and customer service skills. If this sounds like you, start your application today!Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly Responsibilities: • Analyze and verify the accuracy of documentation such as leases, surveys, contracts, property title records, property ownership, public records, deeds, and agreements needed to produce a clear title, • Correspond with pre-processor to be sure all items are fulfilled, settlement processor or paralegal to ensure all settlement figures are accurate, and with post-closing agent to ensure the transaction is recorded and any outstanding issues are resolved, • Provide title officers with clerical and data entry support, as well as administrative assistant essential duties, • Ensure all closing instructions are followed as per the closing package, and coordinate with loan officer, mortgage loan processor, and underwriter to be sure all underwriting commitments have been satisfied, • Notary public certification is not required but is an asset, • 1-3 years of experience with real estate transactions, title processing, title company pre-processor, or as a mortgage loan processor is desired, • Computer proficient with numerous programs including MS Office is needed, • College is an asset but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is a requirement Sonic Title is a fast-growing title company on a mission to raise the standard for real estate closings. Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Conducting and reviewing clinical assessments (e.g., Psychosocial History, Clinical Problem Lists, GAD-7, MDQ, PHQ-9, Safety Plan, NOMS, etc.) to determine the appropriate level of care for consumers within the timelines required ● Complete ASAM PPC documentation within 48 hours of admission ● Co-create treatment plans with a clinician based on assessment results ● Develop authorizations within strict timelines to insurance companies based on the assessments and treatment plans developed ● Track the authorization to ensure that all items requested from the underwriter are completed ● Work with the billing supervisors on authorizations that are due for re-authorizations ● Providing recommendations for additional services if needed, such as Mental Health Services or Substance Abuse services ● Engage with clients to understand their unique needs ● Conduct case management services as needed ● Conduct individual and group services as needed ● Other duties as appropriate SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous experience learning assessment methods, tools, and procedures, • Must be knowledgeable with assessment software, • Experience developing and administering tests, • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Google Suite (Google Calendar), • Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Familiar with handling confidentiality such as documents and reports, • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail, • Current and valid driver's license, • Required to undergo drug screening and background check, • Limited License in Counseling, Social Work (preferably clinical) or Psychology, • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology Family Therapy., • 2+ years of experience in assessment development or administration, • Certifications required (CADC or CADC MCBAP Development Plan), • Must be able to pass LEIN Check
