Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is responsible for executing the CRM rollout strategy defined by Lonestar leadership and ensuring consistent training, data quality, and system usage across all branches. This is an implementation-focused position, not a platform strategy role. This position is based in Houston and requires extensive weekly travel (3–5 days per week) to Lonestar branches across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Tennessee to deliver onsite onboarding and user training.
