OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the CEO, the SVP of Sales is a newly established role responsible for leading the sales team and driving new business growth. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales process, and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of managing manufacturer’s rep driven distribution networks and broader municipal sales channels for public infrastructure projects (including engineers and general contractors). Position Summary The Vice President, Controller will lead the accounting function in a fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed environment. This strategic and hands-on role will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, compliance, and tax. The VP, Controller will partner with senior leadership to support the company’s rapid expansion, M&A activity, and eventual exit strategy (IPO, strategic sale, etc.), ensuring scalable financial operations and accurate, timely financial insights.
