    We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Nursing Assistant to join our team supporting individuals with complex care needs, including people with learning disabilities, autism, and other additional support requirements. This rewarding role involves working closely with clients in respite and community settings, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing high-quality person-centred care. Key Responsibilities • Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to individuals with complex needs., • Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, nutrition, mobility, and medication assistance where required., • Build positive and trusting relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams., • Support individuals with learning disabilities and autism using appropriate communication and behavioural support strategies., • Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or behavioural wellbeing., • Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans., • Promote independence, choice, inclusion, and community participation., • Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures at all times. Essential Requirements • Previous experience in a care, support, or healthcare setting., • Understanding of person-centred care principles., • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs is desirable., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Compassionate, patient, and professional approach., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Right to work in the UK., • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Desirable Qualifications • NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)., • Medication administration training., • Experience working with positive behaviour support approaches., • Complex care experience, including PEG feeding, epilepsy management, tracheostomy care, or other clinical interventions (where applicable).
