Aureos are seeking an admin assistant to work at our office in Crewe. As a administrative assistant you will have very good administration, communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves sourcing and procuring of electrical components and construction materials for various projects for a business that is strongly involved in the UK DNO (Distribution Network Operator) sector. Primary tasks and duties: Timely Inputting of Orders onto Aureos ERP System (COINS) • Ensure that orders are sent to suppliers, • Work closely with project teams to understand project requirements and timelines., • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information., • Ensure that the procurement process operates in line with Group Procurement Processes and Procedures, • Work closely with Finance Department and resolve any invoice related issues to allow smooth P2P process.
