When scope changes, priorities shift, or a project needs replanning mid-flight, you adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and keep delivering. Rigid adherence to a plan that no longer reflects reality is not governance. It is a problem., • Experience managing third-party vendor delivery alongside internal work. Holding external teams to the same scope, quality, and timeline standards as your own. Not allowing vendors to dictate pace., • Experience contributing to business cases before project approval. Providing realistic estimates of effort, cost, and risk. Challenging proposals that are under-scoped or unrealistic before they get committed to., • Experience managing portfolio demand and capacity.
