The difference you will make: As a Commercial Insights Executive, you’ll play a key role in enhancing market intelligence and supporting Bauer’s commercial strategy. You’ll work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables that help strengthen agency and client relationships. Your ability to turn data into compelling narratives will empower our commercial teams to make informed decisions and drive business growth. Your role: You’ll support the Commercial Insight team in delivering actionable insights and market intelligence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Building strong relationships with sales teams to ensure insights drive business forward, • Providing compelling, data-driven narratives for commercial audiences, • Delivering regular market intelligence across the business, • Using research and market information creatively to support sales and research projects, • Designing and execute primary research to answer business-critical questions, • Contributing to ad-hoc research and audience-led projects, • Interrogating existing research sources to uncover commercial opportunities The skills you will bring: Essential: • Analytical thinker with an enquiring mind, • Highly numerate and articulate with strong attention to detail• Ability to analyse, interpret, and present data creatively, • Flexible approach with excellent prioritisation skills, • Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong Microsoft Office skills, • Appreciation of various ad-hoc research techniques Desirable: • Experience in media, advertising, or research environments, • Innovative mindset with lateral thinking skills Working Pattern/Location Full-time, permanent Hybrid/Remote About Bauer Media Group We are a media business focused on creating content that matters to millions of people across Europe.
