🎨 Design & Marketing Manager 📍 Manchester City Centre | 💷 £29,000–£34,000 DOE + bonus + 29 days holiday. A design-led role with real ownership, visibility, and creative influence. The Role We’re looking for a Design & Marketing Manager to join our team of 25 in central Manchester. This is a hands-on, design-led role, with approximately 60% of your time focused on graphic design and around 40% on marketing delivery and collaboration. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Glenbrook and our developments are visually communicated — producing high-quality creative work while supporting marketing activity and managing our Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator. What You’ll Be Doing Graphic Design • Create visually compelling brochures, bid decks, presentations, and marketing collateral, • Develop digital assets for web and social media, • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints, • Work closely with our Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator on content for Instagram and LinkedIn, • Support marketing and communications strategy alongside retained PR consultants, • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator, • Manage workloads, delegate effectively, and ensure deadlines are met, • 2–3 years’ experience in a design-focused or design-led marketing role, • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva, • Confident designing for both print and digital, • Strong understanding of branding and visual identity, • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects, • Experience within property, architecture, or podcasts is a bonus — but not essential Why Join Glenbrook?
