Sous Chef Exciting New Opening North London A hugely exciting new food concept in North London is looking for a talented Lead Chef / Sous Chef to join the opening team of what is already becoming one of the areas hottest new venues. Backed by an internationally recognised hospitality brand with multiple successful sites overseas, this fast-paced restaurant is bringing bold flavours, premium street-food energy, and serious ambition to London. We are looking for a hands-on chef with strong grill and volume experience who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and understands quality, consistency, and speed. The Role • Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, • Leading service during busy periods, • Preparing and managing high-volume fresh food production, • Maintaining consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards, • Assisting with ordering, prep systems, and stock control, • Helping train and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff, • Working with grilled meats, fresh salads, sauces, breads, and fast-paced service What Were Looking For, • Previous experience as Sous Chef, Senior CDP, or Kitchen Lead, • Strong grill/meat experience preferred, • Experience in high-volume restaurants...
