The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities, maintaining key partnerships, and supporting the management team in executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue and brand visibility across the group. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, including collaborations, partnerships, and new customer segments. Conduct market research to analyse trends in the food and beverage industry, competitor activity, and customer preferences, specifically in the Vietnamese and Asian dining sectors. Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional plans to increase restaurant traffic and grow both dine-in and takeaway sales. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, and local community groups to promote private dining, catering services, and partnerships. Manage and expand our digital marketing channels, including overseeing content creation for social media, website updates, and customer engagement campaigns.
