    We are a growing restaurant business with two busy branches. To support our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced and energetic Korean Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, along with a thorough understanding of Korean cuisine and culture, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a leader who is passionate about food preparation, cooking, and team management, with the ability to inspire and effectively supervise staff. Duties Manage all facets of a Korean restaurant, including food preparation, service, and guest satisfaction. Oversee kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to guarantee a smooth service experience. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with chefs to develop culinary trends, craft menus that emphasise seasonal dishes, and introduce novel ingredients. Train and mentor staff in food preparation methods, hospitality skills, and providing excellent customer service. Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally to improve guest satisfaction. Hold regular staff meetings to share goals, updates, and training opportunities. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant within the local community. Experience Proven experience in managing a Korean restaurant or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of Korean food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Supervising experience is essential; previous roles in team management are highly advantageous. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Experience in serving customers in a busy environment is advantageous. Previous experience in hotel or barista roles will be considered an advantage. Strong leadership skills emphasising team development and motivation.
