As our ideal Assistant Chef you will:- • Have excellent craft skills and experience, • Have experience of and be competent in managing allergens, • Have a proven track record of continually improving standards, • Have good communication skills at all levels, • Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail, • Have the ability to support the Chef Manager in the day to day running of the unit, • Have financial and budget awareness, • Have the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
