What you’ll be doing (with full training): • Supporting franchise owners to improve enrolment, retention, and overall performance, • Acting as a coach and advisor, helping centres interpret data and set practical goals, • Advising on local marketing activity and community engagement, • Visiting centres regularly to ensure best practice and brand standards are met, • Building strong working relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact, • Gaining exposure to commercial decision-making, KPIs, and operational strategy You’ll be fully trained on internal methodology and supported by experienced leaders, this role is about learning fast and growing capability, not being thrown in at the deep end.
