Be responsible for Health and Safety for the site. Training will be provided however candidates must have a good base understanding of materials and manufacturing processes. Liaison with clients and coordination of client projects Dealing with subcontractors Assisting with activities for the generation of new business and considering the best way to generate sales. Skills & Experience: Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills are prerequisite for this role. Must have a good understanding of engineering drawings. Preferably Apprentice Trained or qualified in an Engineering discipline A solid understanding of the product manufacturing and engineering process is necessary. Must be commercially minded with problem solving skills and the ability to be hands on when required. Must have the strategic knowledge but still enjoy and be able to be hands on. Skilled multi-tasker, with excellent organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced role and can prioritise workloads. Excellent communicator and relationship builder at all levels, both internally and externally - a natural people person. A proactive problem solver, with the ability foresee problems and drive solutions is a must.
