Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues., • Perform repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other component-level fixes., • Conduct software updates, data transfers, and data recovery as needed., • Provide clear and concise explanations of technical issues and repair solutions to customers., • Manage repair workflow, track parts inventory, and maintain accurate service records., • Stay updated on the latest mobile technology and repair techniques., • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience as a mobile phone technician or in a similar electronics repair role., • Strong knowledge of various mobile phone brands and operating systems (iOS, Android)., • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment., • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail., • Strong communication and customer service skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment., • Relevant certifications are a plus.
