Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and organised Logistics Manager to oversee and optimise supply chain and fulfilment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory flow, coordinating suppliers and delivery partners, and ensuring timely and cost-effective order fulfilment for online customers. Key Responsibilities • Plan, manage and optimise logistics and supply chain operations, • Oversee inventory control, stock levels and warehouse coordination, • Manage relationships with suppliers, couriers and fulfilment partners, • Monitor order processing, dispatch and delivery performance, • Implement cost-effective logistics strategies and operational improvements, • Ensure compliance with internal operational and quality standards, • Analyse logistics data and prepare performance reports, • Resolve delivery issues and operational bottlenecks efficiently Required Skills and Experience • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management or fulfilment operations, • Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment processes, • Experience working with third-party logistics providers and suppliers, • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment Desirable Skills • Experience in e-commerce or retail logistics, • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms Qualifications • A relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable but not essential where supported by practical experience
