Property Consultant\nSpicerhaart Corporate Sales is the specialist Asset Management division of the Spicerhaart Group. Joining us means embarking on a journey of growth and development and our experienced team is here to provide full training and support as you step into this exciting role.\nWe are looking for ambitious and hardworking individuals who are seeking a rewarding career in a busy faced paced environment.\nYour responsibilities will include:\n * Managing properties proactively, in line with client service level agreements.\n * Liaising with clients in line with our customer service standards, always aiming for fairness and transparency.\n * Coordination with external parties to obtain information, documentation, and progress properties.\n * Reviewing information from third parties and creating recommendations based on supporting evidence\n * Recommending solutions to and communicating them in a timely and professional manner.\n * Responding to communications promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy.\n * Ensuring I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail.\nTo thrive in this role, you will bring:\n * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\n * Exceptional organisational skills for efficient and timely processing.\n * Customer-focused mindset for outstanding service.\n * Quick grasp of information and a willingness to learn new skills.\n * Keen attention to detail and the ability to question and verify information.\n * Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.\n * Grade A - C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent\n * What's in it for you?\n * A basic starting salary of £24,570 per annum plus monthly and annual bonus scheme.\n * £26,500+ OTE based on business performance\n * Quarterly recognition awards & incentives\n• Dedicated training from day one, with ongoing coaching and development.\n * Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm, (no weekends or Bank Holidays)\n * 30 days paid annual leave (including Bank Holidays)\n * Employee Assistance programme\n * Career progression opportunities\nThe finer details:\nTo join us on this exciting journey, here's what you need:\n * Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.\n * Satisfactory credit search\n * Provide five-year employment references.\n * A Full DBS check at the start of your employment.\nEqual Opportunities:\n * At Spicerhaart, we celebrate diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
