Seeking a Team Member for our store in St Pancras International Station - Bread&Truffle's store! Bread&Truffle are a gourmet focaccia sandwich brand with a grab and go concept. The focaccia's will be made from scratch in our Victoria location, so an ability to work under pressure with a smile is essential! We are looking for someone organised and self motivated, who can provide outstanding customer service and is eager to progress and grow! Candidates must be fully flexible and able to work weekends/early mornings/evenings as required. Full training will be provided but the successful candidate would have some hospitality experience and be able to provide references. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; - Opening and closing of the store to the standards set by manager. - Preparing focaccias that are made to order. - Preparing a variety of beverages(barista skills preferred). - Taking payments accurately through our POS system. - Preparing orders for our catering service. - Assisting with daily stock counts. - Adhering to high health and safety standards and standards of cleaning.
