Managing KPI's, controlling wage costs, managing waste along with stock and cash shortages. Responsible for overseeing the retail sale of alcohol and implementing challenge 25 Recruit and manage the performance of your team, ensuring they are trained to the correct level for their role. Completion of the daily back office paper-work and banking, ensuring it is completed accurately within the allocated timelines. Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is met across the store and forecourt.
