The Background \n There's a particular kind of housebuilder that doesn't shout about itself much, but everyone in the local supply chain knows exactly who they are. This is one of them. Over 50 years of trading and still going strong, still run by the family that founded it, and still building across the same stretch of Warwickshire and south Leicestershire. They deliver somewhere between 150 and 220 units a year across four or five live sites at any one time, mostly traditional house-type developments with the odd bespoke scheme thrown in when a nice site comes along. No big investors to please, no unrealistic quarterly targets dictating decisions, just a passionate board that still gets its boots muddy on a Friday site walk. \n \n Their technical team has always been small and tight-knit, which is exactly why they're hiring. One of their long-serving Technical Coordinators is stepping up internally, leaving a gap that needs filling with someone who can hit the ground running and doesn't need much hand-holding. \n \n The Role \n You'll take ownership of the technical delivery on two to three live sites, picking schemes up from inception to practical completion, dealing with the daily reality of getting drawings right, conditions discharged, and queries resolved before they become problems on site.
