This role combines leadership, housing management, safeguarding and facilities oversight within a residential environment. As a Support Manager / Homelessness Project Worker you will coordinate a small team, ensuring effective service delivery, compliance with health and safety standards, and high-quality support for residents. You will play a key role in tenancy sustainment, independent living skills and partnership working. The Support Manager / Homelessness Project Worker will also support service users with housing advice, financial planning, access to benefits and engagement with health and social care services, promoting positive outcomes and long-term stability.
