We’re supporting a highly regarded professional firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Partners. This is a key role within the business, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. The Role Providing comprehensive admin and diary support to Senior Partners, this is a varied role requiring excellent organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: * Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation * Excellent diary management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities * Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels * A proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and plan ahead * Outstanding organisational and time management skills * High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, professional work * Strong IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment * A professional, approachable and relationship-focused style Within this position, you’ll also be: * Extensive diary management and coordination of complex schedules. * Drafting and managing emails and correspondence on behalf of Senior Partners. * Monitoring inboxes and ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. * Booking travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements. * Arranging internal and external meetings, including room bookings, parking and hot desks. * Managing expenses and processing invoices. * Supporting senior recruitment activity, including arranging interviews. * Maintaining internal records, spreadsheets, and intranet content. * Providing full administrative support for Partner and Director groups. * Coordinating Management Board and committee meetings, including: * Requesting agenda items * Preparing agendas and board packs * Collating presentations * Monitoring attendance * Taking minutes and distributing actions Hours and Salary * Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm although some flexibility will be required * Hybrid working model * £40,000 per annum plus bonus * Healthcare benefits Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
