Conductr is seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to own, evolve and lead our Quality Assurance practice across a growing portfolio of bespoke interactive experiences and globally deployed products. You’ll be hands-on when needed, while shaping the tools, strategy, and approach for a small but high-impact QA team. This is a strategic and operational role perfect for someone with a proven QA mindset and the leadership skills to elevate testing across multiple platforms: web, mobile, game engine (Unity3D), OS (Windows/Linux), and physical tech environments. The vision is simple - fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables, • Collaborate closely with Producers, Software Engineers, Media and Engineering teams across multiple projects, • Own and evolve QA processes, test strategies, and best practices, • Support agile processes and release planning where QA involvement adds value, • Drive adoption of tools like TestRail and Jira, and introduce automation capability into the QA workflow, • Champion quality across both custom client solutions and long-term product offerings You should have • Strong experience in QA leadership with a track record of improving quality across teams and platforms, • Deep familiarity with manual testing practices, including writing test cases, exploratory testing, and regression testing, • Confidence with tools like TestRail and Jira; capable of evaluating and introducing automation frameworks and CI practices into company processes., • Comfort working across multiple platforms and technologies (web, mobile, Unity3D, Windows/Linux, embedded or custom hardware), • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable leadership style you’re a coach, a strategist, and willing to roll up your sleeves to support your team, • An openness to innovate, explore new tools, and drive continuous improvement It would be great if you have • Experience testing in the entertainment, experiential, or interactive tech sectors, • Knowledge of automation frameworks, • Familiarity with CI/CD environments and shift-left testing approaches What it's like working at CONDUCTR CONDUCTR is proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work®, officially certified for our outstanding workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
