Role Overview As the school's SENCO, you will play a key role in shaping, coordinating, and delivering high-quality SEN provision. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, external professionals, and families to ensure students receive targeted interventions and personalised plans that enable success. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage all SEN provision across the school * Lead on EHCP reviews, referrals, and assessment processes * Provide expert guidance and training to teaching and support staff * Develop tailored interventions and monitor student progress * Liaise with external agencies, therapists, and local authority professionals * Ensure statutory responsibilities around SEND compliance are fully met * Support whole-school strategy for inclusion, wellbeing, and behaviour
