Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and yard. Support RMA processing and report damaged returns. Drive the delivery van when required. Work within rota requirements including breaks. Reporting Report incidents, delivery issues, and operational concerns promptly. Communicate any HR‑related matters such as sickness notifications. General Duties Support general depot tasks as required. Contribute to a positive team spirit and open communication. Work in line with company processes and continuous improvement expectations. Key Performance Indicators Accuracy and completeness of picking and deliveries. Stock control, security, and correct rotation. Adherence to Health & Safety and environmental standards. Skills & Experience GCSE/O‑Level education. Valid driving licence (essential). Forklift/telescopic licence (advantageous). Knowledge of local geography/transport routes. Good communication skills and strong team spirit. Product knowledge (beneficial).
