Responsibilities - Lead engaging, high-energy cardio workouts suitable for all fitness levels. - Able to teach simple exercises using small free weights on the mat. - Teach proper form and technique to ensure safe and effective sessions. - Provide modifications to accommodate different fitness abilities. - Maintain high energy and motivate participants throughout each class. - Stay current with fitness trends and introduce fresh ideas to workouts. - Assist in promoting classes through social media and community outreach. - Ability to modify workouts for varying fitness levels. - Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. Qualifications - Understand dynamic body movements, including joint stability, proper spinal alignment, and the basic training style that uses quick, forceful movements to build muscle power. - In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular conditioning tailored to rapid, repetitive movements. - Experience teaching group fitness, especially cardio-based workouts. - A solid foundation in the mechanics of body movement and exercise physiology. - A fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent) is a plus. - Strong understanding of fitness principles, including cardio and strength conditioning. - Excellent communication and motivational skills to energize a group. - Passion for fitness, wellness, and building a positive community. - Proficiency in English required; Korean language skills are a plus.
