Work to quality standards and specifications in accordance with established practices, processes, regulations, guidelines and standards in a safe and efficient manner.Responsibilities:, • Follow and enforce all company safety standards and regulations., • Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machines and equipment., • Perform test runs, monitor controls, and ensure machines run to specifications., • Handle, measure, and prepare materials; perform calculations to maximize yield and reduce waste., • Inspect products for quality, identify defects, and maintain compliance with processing standards., • Record production data and communicate issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors., • Clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas., • Train new team members on safety, processes, and quality standards., • Support continuous process improvement and participate in ongoing training.Qualifications and Requirements:, • Basic computers and electronics., • Experience using raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods., • Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience on the set-up, preparation, and/or operation of 3 or more of the equipment/machinery used in the production process., • Experience using chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo.
