Job DescriptionDescription: Phlow is seeking a full-time (40hrs) postgraduate Copilot Studio & AI Automation Intern to support the development of Microsoft Copilot Studio–based AI agents that automate manual, cross-functional business processes across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of AI, process automation, and regulated manufacturing, and provides hands-on experience building production-grade Copilot agents that integrate with Phlow’s core digital ecosystem. The intern will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and document Copilot agents that improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance—while operating within Phlow’s quality, security, and governance frameworks. This is a 6 month opportunity with the possibility to extend. Requirements: Copilot Studio & Agent Development • Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio., • Build and refine conversational flows, topics, actions, and generative responses aligned to specific business processes., • Configure connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other internal systems., • Work with process owners to identify and document manual, exception-driven workflows suitable for Copilot-based automation (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Quality)., • Translate business requirements into structured Copilot Studio flows and actions., • Participate in testing and validation of Copilot agents, including functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)., • Support documentation of:, • Agent logic and workflows, • Data sources and integrations, • Usage instructions and limitations, • Support internal training and adoption of Copilot agents by end users., • Contribute to innovation pilots and proofs of concept aligned with Phlow’s digital and AI strategy., • Capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities for scaling automation across the enterprise. Required Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field., • Strong interest in Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and enterprise automation., • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)., • Foundational understanding of:, • Conversational AI and prompt design, • Business process automation concepts, • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Power Platform., • Experience with prompt engineering, chatbots, or AI assistants., • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, or scripting (Python, JavaScript)., • Interest in life sciences, manufacturing, or regulated industries., • Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents used in real operational workflows., • Exposure to how AI is responsibly deployed in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment., • Mentorship from senior IT and digital transformation leaders., • Participation in high-impact initiatives supporting U.S. medicine supply-chain resilience., • Curiosity and strong learning mindset, • Structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving, • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, • Commitment to responsible, ethical use of AI
