The Role We are hiring a Senior Accountant to serve as the primary owner of day-to-day accounting execution, payroll processing, payment controls, and finance-related internal support. This is not a transaction-only role. This position carries real ownership and authority. You will act as the gatekeeper for payroll accuracy, payment approvals, spend enforcement, and accounting controls, ensuring the business operates with discipline and precision as we scale. You will work directly with the Director of Finance & Administration and have visibility into leadership-level planning, while serving as the operational backbone of the Accounting function.
