Job Description SENIOR LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER - OFFICE & EDUCATIONAL FURNITURE American Design Associates - Towson, Maryland 21286 One of Maryland's leading corporate office furniture companies is seeking experienced and professional Account Manager to add to their growing team. This is a full-time position. Applicants must have industry experience to include office and/or educational furniture. Located in Towson, Maryland and serving clients in Maryland, Washington D.C. and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic region. This position responsibility includes but is not limited to client facing, assisting senior sales team, space planning and overseeing projects. We are looking for individuals who are team players with industry experience, a creative mind, good attitude and the ability to work with Senior management. The ideal candidate should possess: • Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree in business or interior design, • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience with office and/or school furniture sales., • Strong knowledge of commercial furniture industry including systems furniture, case goods, educational and healthcare., • Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel and Power Point)., • Experience/knowledge with 20/20 GIZA Studio and Team Design a plus., • Ability to read drawings and project manage., • Ability to work closely with senior level clients, architects, designers, and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction and strong company representation and relationships., • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines., • Ability to work with multiple vendors, manufacturer representatives and subcontractors., • Enthusiastic team player with good client communication skills, • Other duties as assigned Company DescriptionAmerican Design Associates, Inc., established in 1996, is a premier furniture dealer and design firm known for delivering exceptional value and superior design solutions.
