This position will cover day-to-day operations of a multi-family housing property and will have you involved in all areas of property management! You will focus on turning prospects into residents by showing and leasing units, handling compliance and providing excellent customer service to our residents. Position Overview The Community Manager will play a critical role in the success of the property, overseeing daily operations, leasing, and resident relations. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a proactive, sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will lead by example, actively engaging with residents, managing the on-site team, and ensuring the property operates at its highest potential.
