In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations, • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions accurately and in a timely manner., • Prepare and issue invoices to clients and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments., • Prepare weekly commission reports and payments to all agents, • Prepare month end close, • Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.Qualifications:, • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred., • Prior experience in bookkeeping, finance, or real estate is desirable., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and data entry., • Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office applications, particularly QuickBooks and Excel., • Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with financial statements., • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members, • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information., • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Compensation, hours, benefits:$70,000 base salaryM-F 9-6 with one hour lunchFull benefits package
