The position partners closely with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting while contributing to special analyses, policy development, and resolution of complex accounting issues. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a primary liaison with external auditors, responding to inquiries and coordinating information requests throughout interim reviews and year-end audits, • Assist with the preparation, review, and submission of reports required by U.S. regulatory bodies, • Coordinate inputs from multiple internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of filings, • Research and interpret accounting guidance to resolve reporting and disclosure matters, • Analyze financial and operational information to determine appropriate accounting treatment, • Support the development and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal documentation, • Prepare reconciliations, analyses, and ad hoc reporting for management, auditors, and regulatory requests, • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed, • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience, • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements, • Demonstrated ability to independently research accounting matters and apply authoritative guidance, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate operating results and financial trends, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with limited supervision, • Effective written and verbal communication skills, • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities Interested in hearing more?
