The Role Our client is hiring a Manager of Credentialing to own and scale the credentialing function. You’ll lead day-to-day credentialing operations, build repeatable systems, and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, Legal/Compliance, and Product to reduce time-to-credential while maintaining rigorous quality standards. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can execute in the details and improve the system. What You’ll Do * Own end-to-end credentialing for clinicians/providers across multiple states and payers (as applicable), including new credentialing, recredentialing, and ongoing maintenance. * Manage a small team and/or vendors (CVOs) and drive clear KPIs (time-to-credential, first-pass yield, aging, rework rate). * Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and QA processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness. * Partner with Provider Operations to forecast pipeline needs and proactively manage throughput/capacity. * Serve as escalation point for complex cases (sanctions queries, gaps in work history, adverse actions, board issues, expiring coverage, etc.). * Build strong relationships with hospitals/health systems, payers, state boards, CAQH, and third-party credentialing partners. * Maintain credentialing files and documentation standards (primary source verification, attestations, NPDB queries where applicable, licensure, DEA, malpractice, education, references). * Collaborate with Compliance/Legal to ensure adherence to NCQA/URAC standards where required and internal policies. * Work with Product/Engineering to improve tooling: workflow automation, document collection, status transparency, integrations (CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, etc.), and reporting. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cycle time and increase reliability as we scale. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Executive Audience Development • Build and execute a content strategy designed to reach and resonate with director, VP, and C-suite buyers in asset-intensive industries., • Develop thought leadership positioning for UpKeep that speaks to operational efficiency, capital planning, and digital transformation at the leadership level., • Create and run a webinar program targeting executive audiences: recruiting guest speakers, building co-branded content, and ensuring programs are tied to pipeline., • Own the end-to-end experience of upkeep.com, including site structure, messaging, navigation, UX, and design consistency., • Develop and execute a content roadmap spanning blog, customer stories, video, and branded design, using AI to accelerate research, briefing, and first-draft production., • Prioritize formats that build credibility with executive buyers: in-depth reports, benchmark data, executive interview series, and webinar recordings., • Use AI tools to accelerate content repurposing across channels, turning a single webinar or report into blog posts, social clips, email copy, and more without proportional increases in headcount., • Own UpKeep's SEO strategy and execution: keyword targeting, on-page optimization, backlink development, and traffic performance reporting, leveraging AI tools to identify opportunities and automate analysis at scale., • Vet, select, and manage SEO vendors or agencies where relevant., • Maintain and evolve UpKeep's presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels., • Build coordinated brand campaigns that connect across blog, social, video, and webinar programs., • Define content workflows, publishing cadences, and internal review processes, building AI into production steps to increase team output without sacrificing quality., • Partner closely with Product Marketing on launches, campaigns, and positioning., • Work with Sales and Customer Success to source customer stories and identify executive reference opportunities., • Coordinate external partners (Web, SEO, designers, production vendors) to execute key programs. EXPERIENCE • 5+ years in content marketing, brand, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or a comparable enterprise software environment., • Demonstrated experience creating content that targets senior buyers: directors, VPs, or C-suite personas., • Experience planning and running webinar programs, including executive-level events., • Track record of growing organic traffic and building content programs from a strategy through to execution., • Demonstrated current use of AI tools in content production, research, or SEO workflows. KNOWLEDGE • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to write and edit at a high standard across multiple formats and audience levels., • Deep understanding of content SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and how content drives pipeline., • Comfortable with data: able to pull insights from analytics platforms, build a content performance report, and use data to make decisions., • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation, SEO tools, and AI writing and research tools. Active use of AI in your current workflow is required, not a plus., • Strong project management skills and a clear track record of shipping work on time across multiple concurrent priorities., • Growth in executive-level engagement: webinar attendance, content downloads, and engagement from director+ personas., • Website traffic growth: organic sessions, returning visitors, and on-site conversion rates., • Content output and quality: publishing cadence, traffic per piece, backlinks earned. AI-assisted workflows are expected to meaningfully raise volume without adding headcount., • Webinar program performance: number of programs run per quarter, attendance, and pipeline influence., • Video metrics: YouTube growth, views, and engagement by content type., • SEO health: keyword rankings, organic visibility, and search-driven pipeline contribution., • Customer story output: number of published case studies and executive references per quarter. COMPENSATION This role will receive a competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits + equity. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation–including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. We provide full-cycle litigation support, including comprehensive economic analysis and expert consulting services before, during, and after litigation. Position Overview Econ One is looking for a dedicated Invoicing Administrator to centralize and manage all client invoicing across the firm’s practice groups. This role is being created to streamline our billing operations following a recent migration to Sage Intacct, our enterprise accounting platform. Today, invoicing responsibilities are distributed across practice group managers and administrative staff, each with different formatting needs and varying levels of system comfort. This creates bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and delays that directly impact cash collections. The Invoicing Administrator will own the entire invoicing workflow: from generating and formatting invoices in Sage Intacct to managing custom attachments, issuing payment reminders, and tracking collections follow-up. This is a high-impact role. By centralizing invoicing, Econ One will accelerate its quote-to-cash cycle, reduce the administrative burden on revenue-generating professionals, and improve the accuracy and consistency of client-facing financial documents. The right candidate will become the firm’s billing expert and a key contributor to the finance team’s operational excellence. Responsibilities Invoicing Operations • Generate and issue all client invoices across practice groups using Sage Intacct, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery., • Create and manage custom invoice attachments and supporting documentation tailored to each practice group’s requirements (e.g., hourly breakdowns, project-specific detail, consultant billing summaries)., • Coordinate with practice group managers to capture billable time, verify invoice details, and resolve discrepancies before invoices are sent., • Maintain a consistent invoicing cadence, with the goal of issuing invoices within the first business days of each month., • Manage invoice formatting to meet client-specific requirements without relying on external consultants for template customization., • Create bills for contingent consultants and finder’s fees. Collections & Follow-Up • Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices according to established protocols., • Issue payment reminders at defined intervals and escalate delinquent accounts to the finance team as needed., • Track payment receipts and coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure payments are applied accurately in Sage Intacct., • Flag billing anomalies, missing time entries, or delayed approvals that could impact invoicing timelines. Process & Reporting • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all invoicing workflows., • Produce monthly invoicing status reports for the CFO and practice group leadership., • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline invoicing processes within Sage Intacct., • Support year-end billing reconciliation and audit preparation as needed. What It Takes To Be Successful • 2+ years of invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable experience in a professional services or consulting environment., • Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred. Experience with other enterprise accounting platforms (NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, Dynamics) is also valuable., • Familiarity with project-based billing, including hourly rate calculations, percentage-based consultant compensation, and multi-project invoicing., • Proficiency in Excel for reconciliation, tracking, and ad-hoc reporting., • Experience creating or customizing invoice templates and supporting documentation., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring monthly deadlines across multiple practice groups., • Experience in a law firm, litigation support, or economic consulting environment., • Familiarity with collections workflows and AR aging management., • Experience with automated payment reminders or dunning processes., • Knowledge of report building in Sage Intacct or similar platforms.
