Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Child Therapist (Ages 5-12 y/o) to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, providing individual and family therapy to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues. Key Responsibilities: • Provide individual and/or family therapy to children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional, or psychological needs, • Conduct initial intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation, • Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers to support the childs overall well-being, • Use evidence-based practices and culturally responsive approaches to treatment, • Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and team meetings, • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulatory guidelines, • Engage in continued professional development and training Qualifications: • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, • Licensure in the state of Illinois (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure preferred, • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children in a clinical setting, • Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills, • Passion for working with children and families from diverse backgrounds, • Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, etc.) is a plus Why Join Us? • Create your own schedule, • Supportive and collaborative work environment., • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement., • Competitive rate and provision of clinical supervision., • Access to continuing education and training resources., • A chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community., • Continued professional development and training
