Job Description Restoration Technician – Carpentry & Mitigation Job Description This role combines hands-on carpentry, painting, and drywall work with property restoration services for commercial buildings affected by water, fire, and mold damage. The technician reports to the local office, travels to regional job sites, and supports mitigation and restoration projects by performing framing, finish work, water extraction, demolition, debris removal, and basic computer data entry. This is an entry- to mid-level, field-based position with significant overtime and on-call responsibilities, ideal for someone mechanically inclined who wants to grow in the property restoration industry.
